Hi! My name is Aisha Rakyan, and I’m the current Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Alpha Phi. What makes Alpha Phi special isn’t just the diversity in backgrounds; it’s the diversity in passions, perspectives, hobbies, and academic interests that our members bring to the table. We love learning from each other and constantly strive to grow through shared stories and experiences. Our house is full of self-starters who care deeply about creating space for learning and connection. Whether it’s through cultural coffee chats, DEI movie nights, or open discussions, we aim to foster an environment where questions are welcomed and community is built.
